Built for daily carry, this 4.5L sling is perfect for the essentials plus a little more. The fully padded design makes for a bag that keeps its shape nicely, and protects your precious things inside. Inside, the padded sleeve can fit devices and notebooks up to A5 size (5.85" x 8.25") - while the zipper pocket, and elastic topped pockets are great for organizing your smaller items. The front pocket allows for quick access to the essentials. Pull on the locking snap to open up the pocket and store larger items. The G-hook straps on the bottom allow for even more carrying capacity for bulky items such as a rain coat. 

The shoulder strap is structured and padded, helping keep things comfortable when the carry is long. The fabric and binding of the strap are bias-cut which allows for some lateral flexibility. This means that as the bag breaks in, the strap will form to the shape of your body. The shoulder strap is mounted on the bag so that it slings over your left shoulder.

• The body of the bag is made from 18oz Cotton Twill fabric, that is lightly waxed to give it some water resistance. It is quite durable and gets a nice patina as it ages. The bag is lined with Dry-Waxed 10.10oz Cotton Army Duck, which has a sturdy yet smooth hand feel. The front pocket is made from Waxed Ripstop Cotton Army Duck. While the bag is not waterproof, the materials and construction do give the bag some resistance to splashes and light showers.
• The bottom and sides of the bag, are padded with ¼"  open cell foam.
• The zipper pulls, and buckle mount are made from 7oz English Bridle Leather by Wickett & Craig. This leather is hot waxed which allows the wax to deeply penetrate the leather, giving it excellent resistance to the elements.
• The strap is made from cotton canvas, and is padded with a soft XLPE foam.
• All the webbing is CORDURA Mil-Spec Solution Dyed Webbing. Despite being a nylon webbing, it has a soft cottony feel that goes well with the twill outer of the bag.

This bag is made to last, but even tough things need some TLC every once in a while. If you ever need a repair done on this bag I will be happy to do it for you. I keep spare parts and materials on hand to replace hardware, straps, panels, etc.. should the need ever arise.
