The roll-top makes for tons of extra packing space allowing you to really stuff the bag, while the clamshell zipper makes it easy to get at your stuff. The expandable side pockets can fit bottles up to the size of a Nalgene, and have straps that allow them to securely hold tall items like a tripod. The top Y-Strap gives you even more carrying capacity for large awkward items like a picnic blanket or a yoga mat. The front pocket opens with a flap and zippers, allowing you to see everything inside, and access it while wearing the bag. When the organizer pockets in the front pocket are full, there is still room in the top of the pocket for other items, like a camera or headphones.
I make each bag at my shop in Denver, Colorado. I believe that making things right means making them slowly, with intention in each step. In design and manufacturing, durability and functionality are the highest priorities. Making everything in my own shop, by my own hands, means that I can ensure that these standards are being met. Each bag is made to order which means that there is a 3-4 week lead-time from when you place your order, to when your bag ships.
